Sci-fi Room Lighting test

I started by making the room smaller overall, I also will be adding all of the items in the room as a
basic block so i know where everything should go. I didn't want a bright white light for this apartment
as i imagined this to be a very cheap place in a run down area of the world. A yellow light is a step in
the right direction to get that specific feeling that i want.  

I want the room to have lights from other buildings and the outside world affecting the room itself. I
am currently experimenting with directional lights to do this. So far is almost working but it does look a
bit out of place compared to the rest of the room.

I've tried to make the neon lights darker to not look out of place in the room, i think that it is getting
close to being what i want.
